New Delhi [India]May 15 (ANI): Former Union Minister and Congress leader Renuka Chowdhury Bharatiya Janata MP was hit back on Saturday Meenakshi Lehi for her remarks about the party and said Congress always stands with the farmers and the youth of the country.
Earlier in the day, Lehi claimed that “Congress“Hands are always with black marketers and keepers.”
Chowdhury accused Lehi of trying to divert attention from the “weakness of the central government” in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Congress with farmers, with the youth of the country, with poor people. Bjp always tries to divert the country’s attention from all the weaknesses of the central government. Everyone knows what is true, ”Chowdhury told ANI.
According to her, the investigation should be carried out by state authorities.
“Congress the party is not in the government. Has anyone interfered with your investigation? Whether it’s Kalra or anyone else, you must investigate and arrest him. Who’s stopping you? Congress the leader said.
Lehi claimed to be a businessman Navnit Kalra, which is facing an investigation into the alleged storage of oxygen concentrators at two restaurants in South Delhi, is “directly related to Congress“.
“If you see his Facebook chronicle, he blames PM for the pandemic. The chef of his restaurant has photos with Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. They call them the first family of India, ”Lehi said.
On Friday, the Delhi High Court refused to grant Kalra temporary protection from arrest in connection with a case over the alleged storage of oxygen concentrators.
The Delhi police filed a case under various headings relating to fraud, disobeying orders made public by a government official, conspiracy and violation of the Essentials Act following the seizure of oxygen concentrators in South Delhi restaurants.
During the raid, police caught an alleged racketeer and seized 105 hubs from two upscale restaurants in the Khan Market area. (ANI)
