Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]May 15 (ANI): India first listed infrastructure investment fund IRB InvIT reported on Saturday that it would distribute Rs 2.50 per unit for the quarter ended March (4th quarter of fiscal year 21).
The annual distribution for the 21 fiscal years is Rs 8.50 per unit, despite lower toll due to blockages arising from COVID-19 pandemic… IN distribution cost for IRB InvIT costs Rs 145 crore.
The trust has set May 20 as a record distribution date, which will be paid out to unit holders by May 29.
“It is gratifying to see that FASTag penetration crossed 90 percent of the total collection, further increasing efficiency and transparency, the spokesman said. “We hope that the situation will improve in the coming quarters.”
Trust informed tax Rs 334 crores between January and March and Rs 1,160 crores in fiscal 21, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) was Rs 275 crore in Q4 and Rs 934 in fiscal year 21.
IRB InvIT The fund is a trust created by its sponsor IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd and registered under the SEBI Infrastructure Investment Funds Regulation 2014.
Created to own, operate and maintain a portfolio of toll road concessions, it manages seven operating road assets with a total value of Rs 6,500 crores spread across the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Punjab.
The weighted average asset life for the InvIT portfolio is about 16 years. (ANI)
