In a plea agreement released Friday, Greenberg signed his initials agreeing to plead guilty to charges of child trafficking for sexual exploitation, false identity, aggravated identity theft, electronic fraud, stalking and conspiracy for the purpose of committing a crime against the United States.

The United States District Court for the Middling District of Florida in Orlando has scheduled a plea change hearing for Monday. Greenberg pleaded not guilty last month to charges of embezzlement and child trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
